10. Payment
10.1 You can choose to pay through any available payment methods including credit card, debit card, and digital wallets via our platform. 11. Refund Policy

Visaty will not be responsible and will not guarantee a certain level of satisfaction and will not be responsible for any unsatisfied consultations provided by the Provider. 12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Eligibility

14. Limitation of liability
14.1 To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Visaty, its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with any ( (i) errors or inaccuracies in content, (ii) personal injury or damage of any kind whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our Services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/ or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services, (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party, ( 5) any errors in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other theory other legal matters, and whether or not the provider has been warned of the possibility of such damages.
