Terms and Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy

It includes "Visaty"'s branches, website, and application, and the applicant who agrees to these terms is referred to as "the client" as the second party.


Terms and Conditions – Visa Section


  1. The client is fully responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the visa application, and the client bears all financial and legal consequences that may result from it.


  1. "Visaty" commits to processing the visa application as soon as possible, and any delays in visa issuance by the embassy or the unified visa center for any reason after the application is submitted are not the responsibility of "Visaty".


  1. In the event of visa refusal by the embassy or the unified visa center for any reason, "Visaty" is not liable for any compensation to the client for the resulting damages.


  1. The service fees charged by "Visaty" are non-refundable.


  1. If the client fails to appear at the scheduled appointment with the embassy or the unified visa center, they are not entitled to a refund of any paid amounts.


  1. In case the client loses documents due to an error or negligence on the part of a third party (the embassy, unified visa center, delivery companies), "Visaty" is not responsible for the client.


  1. In the case of applying for a U.S. visa, "Visaty" is not responsible for any delays in activating the CGI number.


  1. When applying for a Schengen visa, the client is required to pay appointment booking fees again if they change the service center (biometric).


  1. If the appointment is rescheduled within less than 72 hours before the appointment time, the client is required to pay appointment booking fees again.


  1. The client is responsible for appearing at the embassy or the unified visa center at the specified time and meeting the necessary requirements.
  2. "Visaty" does not hold any responsibility for the client after visa issuance.
  3. "Visaty" does not bear any additional amounts paid by the client to the embassy, unified visa center, or shipping companies after submitting a visa application.
  4. When applying for a visa (for non-Saudis), the visa fee, service fee, medical insurance, appointment, and translation are non-refundable due to the varying requirements of the embassy and the need for translation of most documents.


  1. Visa issuance or rejection, as well as the duration of visa issuance, is a specific decision by the embassy, and "Visaty" does not guarantee visa issuance or the duration of issuance.


  1. To avoid financial losses, the client should not make any paid flight or hotel reservations until the visa is issued. Some embassies, like Germany or others, may require confirmed bookings, but "Visaty" does not bear any amounts as compensation if the client cancels the reservations.




Website Usage:

Your access and use of the "Visaty" website in any form constitute your full acknowledgment and agreement to all displayed prices, terms, and conditions of website usage.

"Visaty" employs all possible means to ensure the website's availability, but continuous and uninterrupted operation of the website cannot be guaranteed.


We reserve the right to reject requests (exceptional cases of confirmed cancellations) at our own discretion and for any legal reason without the need to justify the refusal. The main reasons for refusing a booking may include but are not limited to:


  1. Violation of the terms and conditions stated on the website.
  2. Force majeure circumstances.
  3. Economic and trade sanctions.
  4. Incorrect information provided by clients.
  5. Inappropriate behavior.





  • We reserve the right to ban users from accessing our website and temporarily or permanently include them in a "blacklist" at our discretion.

Please note that "Visaty" retains the right to cancel or reject any booking without prior notice in the event of "pricing errors." A pricing error is an error displayed on the website related to prices, and the client cannot reasonably determine that it is incorrect. In this case, reservations will be canceled, and the amount paid will be refunded to the client.


Refunds:

Fees will be refunded to the client within 3 business days from the date of cancellation. The amounts will be refunded using the same payment method the client used to make the reservation, or the amount will be added to the client's wallet after their approval. Please note that the refund period may vary depending on the client's bank's policy.

The responsibility:

We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from delay, cancellation, or change of flight, or any other services provided.





3. Visas and Documents:

   - Customers must ensure they meet visa and document requirements before traveling.

   - Customers are responsible for verifying the validity of documents such as passports, visas, and other necessary items before travel.

   - We are not responsible for customers being denied boarding due to invalid documents or any resulting consequences.

   - The standard check-in time for flights is three hours before departure according to airline regulations.


4. Responsibility:

   - We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from flight delays, cancellations, changes, or other services.

   - Customers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of information and data provided and must ensure its accuracy during the application.

   - Customers must adhere to airline policies and instructions from relevant authorities.


5. Privacy:

   - We respect the privacy of your personal information and abide by our privacy policy.


6. Applicable Law:

   - These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

   - Any legal disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
